USMC 30% Disabled Questions Linger!?

I am a reservist who is currently 30% disabled. I have chronic bursitis in my left shoulder, hearing loss which is significant enough to require a hearing aid and Tinnitus. I have been going through the VA and finally got another appointment set up to let them know my bursitis is impeding my job performance. I get flare up a lot, especially when I throw a pack on. Lots of movement or heavy lifting flares up the bursitis as well. Does any one know what the possible situations I could face? Will I get discharged, can I. I have been in for 4 years and I am a combat veteran. Can anyone give me advice or similar curcimstances!
