My dog (boerboel) is at the vet right now. 2days ago she threw up and now she is paralyzed from the waist down?

had her gait changed at all before this???? i have a dog who has wobblers syndrome, some dogs get this later on in life and back end paralyzation can occur............maybe it had a tick at some time, such as between the toes or something.......i kno that a tick would be pretty visible on a boerboel.........some ingested toxins can cause neurological problems...and since you did mentioned that your dog threw up, maybe it ingested something it shouldn.t have.......there has got to be some blood work or work up to determine the cause of this........but its up to you, it depends on what the quality of your dogs life would be. good luck
