How can I get over her?

My ex fiance left me and hooked up with another guy the next day over a year and a half ago. I'm over the daily heart-wrenching pain but the anger depression and resentment still pop up in horribly inconvienient and unexpected places, not to mention the trust issues that have impeded me from moving on to another girl. There have been a few but said issues sabotage any hope of anything long term. I'd give my right arm to love and be loved again but it's been a year and a half and counseling isn't helping. Do any of you now of any support groups that may be of help? I'm a wreck and want to move on with.my life. Please help.
