Tramadole safe when pregnant?

Im 34 weeks pregnant and my mom gave me a tramadole 50mg. Im in so much pain I can't move my legs at all the pain is horrible and I have these huge knots behind my ankles they feel broken. I feel so paralyzed right now. I took the pill without hesitation and I wasn't even thinking if it was safe cause I have had them in the past before I got pregnant so I knew I wasn't allergic. Now im worried. Please help with advice it was only one and I wont be taking anymore.
