Even though I had a finger partially amputated over six months ago, only two weeks ago I was sacked from my job because they claimed my missing finger was impeding my ability to carry out work to 100%. I only lost the finger at the first joint, so a bit under halfway, this has got to be some lame excuse to fire me. My work has hardly been affected at all by it. Am I entitled to sue for unlawful dismissal?
