Is my boss hiding attraction?

she is older, all kinds of hot. Really long eye contact, and she often will be near my cubicle pretending to look at forms, yet when i walk back, she engages me in conversation. Impedes heacily into my personal space, touches me arm, hand, and winks. She laughs at me. We talk and our arms just touch one anothers, yet neither of us moves. She often will stand behind me, so I can feel her body. Hugs. Now, am I just crushing? I work in sales, so my job is sorta boring. She knows i like women. she asked me to go somewhere with her, alone, and that she would pick me up.
