Post concussive Head CT ? Still have headaches after a week and a half :(?

I slipped and fell very hard and cut my head badly last a week and a half ago, but already fixed the cut with staples and found out i have a concussion. I drank alcohol against my doctors wishes because I was feeling better after 5 days, and I know this was stupid but now I have other issues. I still have headaches, nothing painful just annoying and scary, and I am still kind of having trouble focusing and remembering little things, but nothing impeding my life. I am feeling a little hot but have no fever. Should I get a head CT? What does this sound like? I feel like I maybe just prolonged the healing of my concussion because I drank too much, but I am so scared!!!!!!!!!!
