Small Hunch or 'Buffalo hump' on the top of my back?

Hi, I seem to have a very ugly (what some people call) Buffalo hump, or hunch, just a little bit under the back of neck, where my back starts. I wouldn't say it's too bad. My hair and shirt cover it. But I hate it. It makes me feel really ugly. I always have these nightmares about it getting worse or something... I've asked this question before asking why I have it, and the reason I believe is because, I'm a photographer for a magazine, and usually, I'm on the computer photoshoping stuff, and one of the causes could be that I'm on the computer too much, sitting down hunched , not to mention my bad posture =/ Can anyone please help? I've asked the doctore, he says it can't be fixed with out undergoing surgery, that might paralyze me... But are they really bad? Does anyone else have it? Would you, say not wanna go out with someone because of it?
