My daughter is very bad at math but she got an A on her final, I think she may have cheated?

My daughter, who just finished 11th grade, had always been very bad at math and usually makes Cs in it. Then she got a 97 on her Algebra 2 final and finished the class with a 96. I think she may have cheated, what should I do?
