I have questions about graduation from the Army's basic training...family day? Off base time? Non family?

My man graduates from basics on June 30 (Army). I've heard several different things about the time period of graduation, which includes a family day, several hours allowed to be off base after graduation, and I've also heard that non-family members are not allowed on base. If the family day exists, does it occur the day before graduation? I would rather not impede on his parents short time that they'll get to spend with him...so I'm hoping there is a family day and then after graduation several hours of off base time. Also is it at all possible for him to make a request for a pass to be sent to me so I can attend his graduation? If anyone knows about the AIT training/what time will be allowed off in that I'd be more than happy to be informed about it as well! Maybe I could just fly to see him on a weekend when he's in AIT training...idk. Accurate info would be nice! Thank you :)
