I don't understand how too ....( math ) ?

I just don't get how to add , multiply, subtract, divide integers. I just don't get it. Is there an easy way to remember how to do all of that ^. I'm in 8th grade this fall. And, I will be taking 9th grade math ( Algebra 1 ) ... I really need to know how to subtract, add, divide, multiply integers.Help!
